Conventional TLS systems are mostly limited to tracking the locations of various stakeholders and sharing their locations with external merchandise management systems. This allows goods to be located at any time for further processing or external warehousing.

Imagine you have a production area with restricted access for employees. To protect employees during their infrequent stays there, your forklift operators are instructed to slow down or stop as soon as other employees are in the area.

The question is, do the drivers see in time if an unannounced employee is in the warehouse?

With our IOTrack, you can forget your worries. As soon as an employee enters the special area, we can automatically reduce the speed of all vehicles or bring them to a complete stop.

Likewise, automatic warning lights can be activated as soon as an employee enters the warehouse.

Vehicles can perform various routines in freely definable areas:

• Upon entering tunnel/area XY, automatically switch on the beacon light.
• at road 12, from travel path length 25 meters to 38 meters, automatically reduce speed to 6km/h (where the pedestrian crossing to the canteen is)
• At the passage gate from Hall 7 to Hall 8, reduce speed somewhat about 5 meters before the gate opening and activate a flashing light or traffic light in Hall 8.
• When the last pallet is removed, automatically send an order to a special vehicle terminal that new pallets are needed at the location.
